Bella Casa is a new Italian restaurant that recently opened here in Kearney that is full of Mexican restaurants. (I counted at least 10 real quickly) They offer the common Italian foods that you would guess for a normal restaurant. Below I am going to review what I had for lunch and the service.
First, the service, I thought, was amazing. They were quick on food, the waiter was very courteous and even though he was having a bad day, he still put a smile on and was willing to chat. He didn’t come to the table too much, but was there enough to make sure if we needed anything and get pops refilled.
For an appetizer I had the garlic cheese bread. I was very disappointed in this. The bread was still very soft and wasn’t toasted like I would have thought. It was basically not toasted at all. If they were to toast the bread it would be so much better! Now for the main course I had the fettucini alfredo. Overall I thought it was pretty good, but I felt that it may have been lacking a bit in overall flavor. It really could have used some more spice (Whatever is put in that dish normally) I felt it was somewhat bland.
