These were both a blast! I got to meet so many new people and just have a bunch of fun all while helping present the gospel.  The Broken Bow show was really great because, even though we had a crowd of about 25 people, we saw 5 kids become saved, and they all had a ton of fun!  York was also fun in that we got to hang out with several other bands including my new friends Midlife Boys (Check them out on Facebook by clicking here!).

I also had the pleasure to get to know a new friend, Rylie, or as everyone knows him as SALT. This guy is awesome. Who else has the courage to go on stage in a cookie monster shirt, bandanna, glasses, barefoot and rap (oh he’s a white guy too). We spent almost the entire day on a boat watching the Chicago Air and Water Show. Let me tell you, sunscreen is a good thing! I didn’t get enough on my face and i look like a raccoon! I wore my new sunglasses and my face became very sun burnt! After the day on the water we drove to a friends house where we cleaned up and went to dinner at Stony River and had an amazing meal! And that was about the day. In the morning we are heading to Midway airport and flying home to Omaha! I had an amazing trip and it was a great time I got to enjoy with my father. I will be posting some time this week plenty of video from it all. Have a great rest of your weekend!
